Bespoke and large orders

If I want my order delivering to each employee/client, how does this work?

We have a super easy way of you getting each name and address to us via a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet can be downloaded and sent to us via our dedicated address uploader and verifier.

Each hamper/gift will then be labelled accordingly and delivered in your requested timeframe.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

We do offer incentive on larger orders. However, this is on an order-by-order total spend basis, so please get in touch with your requirement and we’ll be sure to help.

If I order in bulk, does each hamper need to be the same?

No, absolutely not.

Every order can contain a mix of hamper product/types. So you can tailor your order to different budgets and tastes.

We also cater for most dietary requirements e.g. Vegan & Gluten Free

If we want a bespoke box making, can you design it?

Our in-house designers can produce packaging according to your needs, depending on the product type. We do have minimum order quantities for bespoke packaging.

General sales

Is it best to place my order online or via phone?

Whatever you find easiest. Our website is super simple, but we also have a friendly team waiting at the other end of an email or phone call. We'll be on hand to take your enquiry, place your order or guide you through the website.

How quickly can you deliver?

We can get some products out next day. There are cut-off times and quantity limitations for next day delivery but don’t hesitate to ask and we will, of course, do what we can to assist.

Can you hold our order until just before Christmas?

Yes! We love taking orders that we can prepare in good time and
keep hold of until you’d like them delivered. Shipping date can be selected via our website or on order via email.

Please note: Some popular delivery dates during December fill up fast, please submit your orders early to secure the date of your choice.

Do you offer hamper subscriptions monthly?

We don’t specifically offer subscriptions on our website yet.

However, we arrange monthly or bi-weekly hampers for many clients.

We also offer birthday/anniversary hampers that are scheduled into our calendar annually.

Product and diet information

We have some staff with allergies, can their hamper be different?

Yes of course. We can cater for most dietary requirements such as alcohol-free, gluten free and vegan etc. Please contact us if you need any further advice.

Can contents differ to what’s on the website?

The hamper will contain the products that you see presented online. Occasionally contents may vary according to availability, but the total value will always exceed original price.

Do the contents have a good shelf life?

All of our stock is purchased within a very short timeframe of orders being taken. So, within reason, all products will have a good shelf life other than goods that naturally have shorter lives.

Where can I find hamper contents info?

Each product online has a contents section where you will find specific information about what is included in the hamper/gift.

Do we pay as we order or on delivery?

We require payment on order to secure your stock so we can start packing your gifts.

Occasionaly for large orders that are placed with a lengthy delivery time request, we may offer 50/50 payment terms. 50% paid on order with the remaining 50% payable the day before delivery. (Subject to credit reference checks).

What’s your maximum quantity?

We do not have a maximum quantity. We have vast experience and over the past decade and more, we have facilitated single orders and orders in the tens of thousands.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit/debit cards online and over the phone. Orders
can also be placed via a payment link or pro-forma/BACs.
